Multiple no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings.

Our nail technicians will make every effort to deliver the service you requested. However, the final decision on service feasibility rests with our professionals. If your nail health or condition requires an adjustment to the service, we will discuss the options with you before proceeding. Prices are subject to change; you will be informed of the exact cost before the service begins.

3. Health and Safety

Client safety is our priority. Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent nail treatments prior to your service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your health or the health of our staff. All tools are sterilized in accordance with industry standards, and single-use items are disposed of properly.

4. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards are non‑refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They must be presented at the time of service. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
