Cancellation Policy

At Blossom Nail Spa, we value your time and ours. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness to all clients and to allow us to provide the highest quality of service. Please read the following guidelines carefully before booking your appointment.
1. Rescheduling & Cancellation Notice
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to accommodate other clients on our waiting list.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment: no charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment: a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
- Same-day cancellations or rescheduling: treated as late cancellations and subject to the 50% fee.
2. No‑Show Policy
If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment and have not contacted us, it is considered a "no‑show." No‑shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. After two no‑shows, we may require a non‑refundable deposit for future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals
We understand that unexpected delays happen. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible at (718) 555-0134. We will hold your appointment for up to 15 minutes past your scheduled start time. After 15 minutes, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment, and late cancellation fees may apply.
4. Group Bookings & Events
For group bookings of three or more people (e.g., bridal parties, birthdays), we require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to the reservation. A deposit may be requested at the time of booking for large groups, and the deposit amount will be communicated when you make the reservation.
5. Gift Cards & Promotional Services
Services paid for with a gift card or as part of a promotion are subject to the same cancellation terms. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the gift card value or the promotional service.
6. How to Cancel or Reschedule
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by:

- Sending an email to [email protected] with your name and appointment details
- Using the confirmation link provided in your appointment confirmation email (if available)
7. Exceptions & Emergencies
We recognize that genuine emergencies happen. If you have a medical emergency or a sudden unavoidable situation, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will review such cases individually and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our booking services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
